I have been a therapist for almost ten years. I got my bachelor’s degree at Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) and my Master’s degree down the road at Radford University. Since then, I’ve worked with people of all ages and from so many walks of life. Both my career and my personal life have led me on a journey where I am passionate about helping people to accept themselves for who they truly are.

I started Finding Refuge as a part-time project in 2020, and it has grown into a full-time practice. I love what I do! My primary specialty is working with people who are exploring queer issues. I also specialize in religious trauma.
